I used to really enjoy going to this Starbucks, but now, the fact that it’s the only coffee shop on my way to work is very frustrating. I’m not sure if the management changed, or if there’s been some great turnover of baristas, but I cannot think of the last time in the past months that I have put an order in, and it has actually been ready on time. I have incrementally increased the distance from putting it in, from before I even get on the bridge, to before I even pass the arena, and it has made no difference. Even when nobody is in the drive-through, I will get there, and I have to wait 5 to 6 minutes longer just for them to make it. So if you actually want a drink quickly, you’re probably better off just going in yourself. And for the long wait, the drinks aren’t even consistent. The order I put in today took 15min to drive there and 5min to wait when I arrived. Do better.

Out of all the locations I've been to, this is by far the slowest drive-thru service I've experienced. It took approximately 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru for a single frappe, with only one car ahead of me. By the time I received my drink, it had melted so much that it tasted more like an iced coffee. This was my second visit, and both times I had to wait just as long for one drink.

I really like the unsweetened latte at Starbucks; the cashier who took my order today was very lovely.

I ordered for takeout and for some reason my location got changed. I am not sure if it’s beautiful we are traveling. I did not have time to turn around and picked it up where the order got sent to. So we drop by at the store near us and ordered for to go. I have no options to cancel my order right after placing it in seconds at the wrong address. I never heard from them either. I wish they could still let you cancel the order if it was just ordered few minutes. Oh well.

Food and services are good, my concern is with Starbucks gift card scam in their app. I get a lot of Starbucks gift card of small value. But i can never utilise them completely. I have 3 cards in my account with values $.98, $.56 & $.22; but the app doesn’t allow me to join them and order something. Fix your app
